Our heavy-duty welded inflatable fenders deliver maximum durability, abrasion resistance, and UV protection. Unlike glued seams, they are constructed with RF thermo-welded bonds that fuse seams and end caps stronger than the fabric itself.
Lightweight and compact, these fenders inflate quickly, deflate in moments, and stow easily when not in use. Reinforced hanger loops, precision-cut panels, and premium valve assemblies ensure years of reliable performance.
Two fabric options to suit your needs:
- PVC Welded Fenders – Durable, proven, and cost-effective.
- Polyurethane Welded Fenders – Built with Mil-Spec polyurethane fabric for exceptional puncture and abrasion resistance, extended service life, and superior air retention.
Available in a full range of sizes and styles, with color options in black, grey, and navy (polyurethane available in black only). Inflation/deflation is fast with the accessory pump. Optional fender covers are offered in neoprene or solution-dyed acrylic, available in a range of colors for added protection and style.
Custom Handcrafted Fender Hooks for Super & Mega Yachts
Each fender hook is custom-built to securely fit the rail or bulwark profile of your yacht, with hardware configured to your exact needs. They protect against line abrasion on rail and gelcoat surfaces while keeping suspended fender lines clear of the yacht’s finish. Special-purpose hooks, such as rod or mooring whip holders, can also be crafted to order.
The core structure is formed from strong, durable 316 stainless steel with smooth edges for safety and longevity. Most styles feature a soft sheepskin underside to protect contact surfaces, paired with a premium, maintenance-free leather topside in elegant marine colors. The coverings are carefully stitched for a refined, detailed finish.
Hardware options include polished or powder-coated 316 stainless steel, brilliant anodized finishes, and custom fittings such as threadless fairleads, D-rings, box rings, cam cleats, and spreader bars.
Maintenance-free leather colors are available in brown, black, green, blue, and white. Crafted with care in the USA by skilled artisans.
Fender Lines
Complete your yacht's look with premium double-braid polyester fender lines. Each line is neatly spliced with whipped ends for lasting durability. Available in diameters from 10mm to 18mm,
and offered in Navy, Black, or Grey to complement your vessel's style.
